About Me
I am 30 years old, a father to two beautiful girls under 10, I live in the lovely county of Devon, England. I live a structured, disciplined life which has a big focus on positivity, fitness and wellbeing. It is the part of life I enjoy the most, and at the age of 27 I decided to share it with people who needed it.
I haven’t always had a coaching influence, I spent my early twenties in a number of different jobs. None of which fulfilled me. However, after a number of situations with friends and family where they needed my support, I realised how much I enjoyed it, and not only that, how good I was at it. This has now become a part of everyday life and helping people is my number one goal.
I am a level 3 mental health first aider, and life coach.
