Introduction

Ever feel like life is weighing heavy on you? You haven’t got the answers to the big questions in your life? You know what you want but not sure how to get it? Do you need somebody in your life to be accountable to? Maybe you need someone to talk to? Maybe you just need someone who will listen?

I specialise in a range of topics and work with you to find a purpose, a passion, a direction to move forward and a plan of action to fit into your everyday life. The goal is for your everyday life to be one where you can prosper, live life the way you want and ultimately where you will be happy.

Relationship advice (there could be a pattern to past heartbreak and current issues, if there is we will find it!! A relationship is a two way street and always both are responsible in caring for it).

Nutrition (reshape your diet slowly but effectively to live a healthier, tastier version of you).

Fitness plans (Build a structure that you enjoy and can remain consistent with, set goals and ambitions. Whether starting out, getting back into it, or you have hit a plateau, we will move forward.
